Moving to a new area without knowing a soul is always daunting. And if you are in an area just for a short time to go house hunting, you want your realtor to maximize quality listings that cater to what you want. Katie absolutely crushed it with us. Our house hunting trip went from "getting a feel for the area" to "making an offer" literally overnight. Katie found us 4 houses which we were comfortable with putting in an offer, in case of bidding wars. We were fortunate to get our first choice, but we were able to get it for $30k less than listing. Furthermore, we had some circumstances beyond our control which delayed the purchase. Katie was instrumental in communicating with the sellers so that they did not get "spooked" and would pull out of the deal. I cannot thank her and her team enough.
